Understanding and serving customers is just one aspect of my role. Equally crucial is managing the diverse expectations, ownership issues, rapport, feedback, opinions, and biases from all other stakeholders involved in the product. This group includes Leadership, Project Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Content Creators, Designers, Finance Professionals, Marketing Experts, Investors, and more. My job is to unite these varied perspectives, ensuring that we're not just designing things, but designing the right things. After all, design is a business that involves everyone.

Product
Designing and building great products that surpass the competition isn't inherently difficult. The key lies in identifying the basic requirements and then striving to exceed them. However, the reality is that resources and time are often limited and in high demand. Therefore, it's more efficient and sensible to concentrate on doing only the right things. This means knowing when and where to aim above, meet, or even intentionally stay below the industry standards.
The prioritization of these tasks should be objective and align with the overall organization's goals. Since I have already mastered the 'People' aspect, ensuring alignment and clarity across the organization, I can focus my efforts on 'designing things right.' This approach ensures that our efforts are strategic, targeted, and ultimately more effective.

I possess a keen understanding of precisely when and how to involve all stakeholders in the decision-making process, from the initial stages through to launch. This ensures that we not only do the right things but also do them in the right way.
Design is a balance of science and art. I've honed a process that enables the team to delve into the scientific aspects—frameworks, information architecture, conventions, usability, data analysis, and more. Following this, the more challenging part emerges: design as an art. Here, the key is the sensibility to select the most elegant scientific elements, blending them into a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing whole.
