I worked closely with a small team consisting of two in-house interaction designers and two developers based in Europe. While I dedicated my weekends to the project, the developers focused on weekdays. Our collaboration was marked by effective communication, minimal and concise meetings, a smooth handoff process, and a mutual understanding that eliminated basic queries which could have delayed our schedule.
